Light and easy-to-use carrier. Certified non-toxic by OEKO-TEX 100.
The Embrace baby carrier is made of a slightly stretchy, yet supportive, lightweight knit fabric from 79% Polyester/17% Rayon/4% Elastane/Spandex. Fabric is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certified.
Suited for babies 7-25 lbs.
The Embrace baby carrier has three modes you can use to carry baby:
Your baby's height and developmental milestones will determine the best mode to use.
You can breastfeed in carrier: This can be done in the facing in carry positions. Just loosen the shoulder straps a bit and slightly lower baby to position on your breast. For safety, always stay seated when nursing in a carrier. Always stay vigilant while baby is nursing, and reposition after feeding, so baby’s face is not pressed against your body. Baby should be moved to recommended carrying position immediately after breastfeeding, remove slack from straps, and adjust.
Hip Healthy: All Ergobaby carriers have been acknowledged by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as "Hip Healthy" products and awarded a Seal of Approval by the AGR of Germany as back healthy for babies and parents. The AGR Seal of Approval is awarded to products whose back-friendly design has been verified by an independent testing committee made up of experts from various medical disciplines.
